Kristina Helu, founder and host of Mission Remission, began her journey into cancer care advocacy with a life-altering discovery of a BRCA1 mutation at 25, swiftly leading to a battle with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. These crucible moments fueled her commitment to longevity, holistic health and the empowerment of others navigating life after illness.

Outside of the podcast, she is a mother, devoted wife, martial arts enthusiast, and an avid traveler. Kristina is passionately dedicated to harnessing her strength, knowledge, and the invaluable insights gleaned from health experts. Her mission is to profoundly empower and steadfastly support every individual impacted by cancer, driving a transformative journey of healing and resilience.
